The Czech law firm Bubník Myslil & Partners is an internationally oriented law firm which offers legal services, with specialization in commercial/corporate law, international private law, real estate, labor/employment law, litigation, arbitration, contracts, debt collection, insolvency law, estate matters and wills, investments, franchising, logistics, transport, distribution, mergers and acquisitions, pharmaceuticals, competition, and related areas. Our office is located in the heart of Prague.

The firm was established in 1990, immediately after the first private law firms were allowed to be firmed in the former Czechoslovakia. In 2001 the firm merged with the law firm Cermak Horejs Vrba, under the name Cermak Horejs Myslil a spol. (now Cermak a spol.). In 2008 this law firm decided to divide and we renewed our activities under the name Bubník Myslil & Partners.
